Simple diet


Monday:


3 glasses of milk: for breakfast, lunch and dinner.


Tuesday:


Morning: raw nuts (optional), glass of milk.


Lunch: protein: eggs, cheese, legumes: soups: lentil beans, potatoes.


Dinner: half cup of yogurt.


Wednesday


Breakfast: fruit.

Lunch: any food you wish.

Thursday
